Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in creating high-quality beauty and hair-care products and want you to have a great experience. Because of the personal nature of our products, and to ensure the safety and integrity of every item we ship, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds. 

Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially used beauty and hair-care products.
We only accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
In its original packaging
Unopened and unused
In the same condition it was received
To start a return request, please contact us at support@aleta.store with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Photo(s) of the unopened product
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested and approved by our customer service team before a return can be accepted and processed.
We will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds
Our refund policy covers returned items that receive a RA number and are returned within 14 days of the
delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund without a cause.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days, depending
on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are final sale:
Opened or used beauty/hair-care products
Items purchased during promotions or clearance events
Gift cards

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, variations may occur due to screen differences, manufacturing updates, or ingredient sourcing.
We do not guarantee exact replication of displayed images.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We may update product prices, descriptions, and availability without notice.

We reserve the right to:
Change or discontinue products
Modify formulas
Adjust pricing
Offer or remove promotions at any time.

5. BILLING & PAYMENT
By completing a purchase, you agree to:
Provide up-to-date billing and shipping information
Pay all charges incurred, including taxes and shipping fees
Allow us or our payment processors to authorize and charge your payment method
If payment is declined or disputed, we may cancel your order.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or operational
issues.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for:
Delays by carriers
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty/hair-care products, we do not accept returns on
opened or used items.
Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site—including images, text, logos, trademarks, designs, product descriptions,
formulas, and graphics—is the property of aleta and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Reactions or sensitivities to ingredients. We advice to always do a patch test before use
Misuse of products
Shipping delays or carrier errors
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aleta, its owners, and affiliates from any claims
arising from:
Your use of our website
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of our products

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which aleta operates
(Maryland).

The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with aleta. We are committed to delivering your products safely and on time. This
Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods such as sales, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended by
a few days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship through USPS, UPS, or other major carriers.
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
United States
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen
circumstances.

3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Weight of your order
Shipping destination
Selected shipping method
Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
If you created an account, you can also track your order in your Aleta account dashboard.

5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
aleta is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Apartment/suite numbers not provided
Returned or undeliverable packages due to address errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional
reshipping fees.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, Aleta is not liable for:
Lost packages

Stolen packages
Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
Carrier delays
For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist where possible, but refunds cannot be issued for orders confirmed as delivered.

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Email us at [your support email] with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging
We will evaluate the issue and replace the item if eligible.

8. PRE-ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
Pre-order products will ship on or after the estimated ship date listed on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together.
