SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with aleta. We are committed to delivering your products safely and on time. This
Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods such as sales, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended by
a few days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship through USPS, UPS, or other major carriers.
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
United States
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen
circumstances.

3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Weight of your order
Shipping destination
Selected shipping method
Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
If you created an account, you can also track your order in your Aleta account dashboard.

5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
aleta is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Apartment/suite numbers not provided
Returned or undeliverable packages due to address errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional
reshipping fees.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, Aleta is not liable for:
Lost packages

Stolen packages
Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
Carrier delays
For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist where possible, but refunds cannot be issued for orders confirmed as delivered.

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Email us at [your support email] with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging
We will evaluate the issue and replace the item if eligible.

8. PRE-ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
Pre-order products will ship on or after the estimated ship date listed on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together.
